PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Full payment is required to secure any service with us.
If you cancel within 7 days, you will receive a full refund unless otherwise stated on a specific service.
Between 7 days and 48 hours, you will 50% refund.
No refund within 48 hours cancellation.
If any workshop dates cannot proceed due to Covid-19, we would try first to reschedule you to a suitable date. Should no suitable dates be available, we will arrange a full refund.
We take payments by bank transfer, cash or EFTPOS
Unfortunately, payment by dishes or kitchen slavery is no longer negotiable.
